                     Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes

                        Cream Cheese Mixture:
     1/2  lb            Cream cheese
   1                    Egg
     1/3  c             Sugar
   1 1/4  c             Mini chocolate chips
                        Chocolate Mixture:
   1 1/2  c             Flour
   1      c             Sugar
     1/4  c             Cocoa
   1      ts            Vanilla
   1      ts            Baking soda
   1      c             Water
     1/3  c             Oil

Cream Cheese Mixture:

In first bowl, mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar.  Then add mini
chocolate chips.

Chocolate Mixture:

In second bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Cheesecake:

Put chocolate mixture into mini-muffin cups. Add 1 ts of cream cheese
mixture per mini muffin cup. Fill each cup 2/3rd full. Bake at 350°F
for about 20 minutes.

Yield: 48 Servings
