                         Southwestern Cheese Cake

  16       oz           Cream cheese -- soften
   2       c            Cheddar cheese -- grated
   1 1/2                Pkg taco seasoning
   3                    Eggs -- room temperature
   4       oz           Can chopped green chiles --
                        - drained
     2/3   c            Salsa

  Combine cheese, beat until fluffy. Stir in 1 cup sour cream & taco
  seasoning. Beat in eggs one at a time. Fold in green chilis. Pour
  into a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
  Remove & cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Spoon the remaining
  1 cup of sour cream over top-spread gently. Return to oven for
  5 minutes. Take out of oven & cool on wire rack. When cool,
  regrigerate until ready to serve.

  To serve remove outer side of pan, top with salsa. Serve with
  tortilla chips.
