      Title: Herman Peach Cobbler

      1 c  Herman Starter
    1/2 c  Oil
      3 lg Eggs
    1/2 c  Milk
      1 ts Vanilla
      2 c  All-purpose flour
      1 c  Sugar
  1 1/2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Baking soda
      2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Salt
      6 oz Box instant pudding mix
     29 oz Can peach slices; drained
 
  Mix herman starter, oil, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add all
  dry ingredients. Mix well. This is a thick batter.
  
  Drain peaches and place in a greased 9x13" baking
  pan. Spoon batter over peaches. Bake at 325°F/165°C for
  30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with half and half or
  cream.
