                           Mixed Berry Cobbler

   1      c             Flour
   1      c             Sugar
   1      ts            Baking powder
     1/2  ts            Salt
   2                    Eggs
   3      lb            Frozen mixed berries --
                        - preferably fresh

Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and mix well to make
topping. Place berries in a small cake pan or dish. Cover fruit with
topping mixture. Bake cobbler in a 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
The top should be a light golden color.

Serve with whipped cream or creme anglaise.
