                           Lemon Oat Bars Treat

     1/2  c             Margarine -- softened
   2 3/4  c             Flour
     1/2  c             Rolled oats -- uncooked
     1/2  c             Brown sugar -- firmly packed
     1/8  ts            Salt
   8      oz            No fat cream cheese -- softened
     1/3  c             Sugar
   2                    Egg whites
   1      tb            Lemon peel -- grated
   2      tb            Lemon juice
     1/4  c             Skim milk

Combine first 5 ingredients until crumbly. Pat about 3/4th of crust
mixture in ungreased 9" square pan. Beat softened cream cheese with
sugar until smooth, beat in reminiang ingredients. Pour over crust,
sprinkle with remining crust mixture. Bake in preheated 350°F oven
until lightly browned (about 25 minutes.) Cool; cut into 1-1/4"
squares. Refrigerate, covered.
