---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Athletes' Bars Categories: Cookies Yield: 1 servings 1/2 c Butter; softened 1/2 c Vegetable oil 1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed 2 Eggs 2 tb Water 1 ts Vanilla 1 3/4 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Raisins 3 c Wheaties cereal 3 c Grated zucchini 1 ts Cinnamon 1 tb Sugar Beat butter, oil and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, water and vanilla. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt, mixing well. Blend in raisins, cereal and zucchini. Spread in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Combine cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting. NOTE: You may frost with German chocolate icing, but do not sprinkle with the sugared cinnamon.
