                             Best Cookie Ever

   2      c             Butter
   1      ts            Salt
   2      c             Sugar
   2      ts            Baking powder
   2      c             Brown sugar
   2      ts            Baking soda
   4                    Eggs
  24      oz            Semisweet chocolate chips
   2      ts            Vanilla
   8      oz            Hershey bar -- grated
   4      c             Flour
   3      c             Nuts (optional)
   5      c             Oatmeal -- blended (see note)

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with
flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and soda. Add chocolate chips,
hershey bar, and nuts.

Roll into balls and place 2" apart on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes
at 375°F.

Yield: 112 Cookies

NOTES : Measure oatmeal and blend in a blender to get a fine powder
