                      Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies #2

       1  c             Sugar
       1  c             Pumpkin
     1/2  c             Oil
       1                Egg
       2  c             Flour
     1/2  ts            Salt
       1  ts            Cinnamon
       2  ts            Baking powder
       1  ts            Soda
       1  ts            Milk
       1  ts            Vanilla
       1  c             Chocolate chips
     1/2  c             Nuts

Mix together above ingredients. Sift and add to above: Dissolve and
add to rest of ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F. Drop on lightly
greased cookie sheet. Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes.

Note:

Careful not to overcook. Cookies will be soft and moist.
