                      Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies #3

       1  c             Pumpkin
       1  c             Sugar
     1/2  c             Oil
       1                Egg
       2  c             Flour
       1  ts            Baking soda -- plus:
       1  ts            Milk
     1/2  ts            Salt
       1  c             Chocolate chips
       2  ts            Cinnamon
       1  ts            Vanilla
     1/2  c             Nuts (optional)

Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg. Stir together flour, cinnamon,
and salt. Mix all together along with 1 ts baking soda dissolved in
1 ts milk. Mix. Add chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts. Drop by
teaspoon. Back in oven at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.

Yield: 36 Cookies
