                          Divinity Surprise Cookies

       3                Egg whites -- room temperature
       1  c             Sugar
       1  ts            Vanilla
      12  oz            Chocolate chips
       2  dr            Food coloring -- up to 3 dr
                        - (optional)

Beat egg whites until stiff. Continue beating and gradually add
sugar. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2"
apart onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 30 minutes
at 300°F. Cool on parchment paper.
