     1/2  c             Butter
   2                    Eggs -- Beaten
   2      c             Persimmon pulp
   2      c             Flour
     1/2  ts            Salt
   1      ts            Baking soda
     1/2  ts            Cinnamon
     1/2  ts            Nutmeg
     1/2  ts            Ground cloves
   1      c             Nuts -- chopped
   1      c             Raisins

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs and pulp, then add other
ingredients in order given. Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 to
12 minutes in 350°F oven.
