      Title: Mincemeat Cookies
 Categories: Dessert
      Yield: 12 Cookies

    1/2 c  Butter
      1 c  Sugar
      1    Egg
      2 c  Flour
      1 t  Baking Powder
    1/2 t  Baking Soda
    1/2 t  Salt
      1 c  Mincemeat

Mix all ingredients together. If you find it is not quite thick
enough, slowly add more flour. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie
sheet. Bake @350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. My oven was 12 minutes, then
I let them cool in the oven with the heat off for about 1 hour. Cool
on a baking rack.
