      Title: Coconut Oaties
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
    3/4 c  Butter
      1 c  Brown sugar
      1 tb Honey
  2 2/3 c  Soft oats
      1 c  Desiccated coconut
 
  Melt the butter, sugar, and honey together then stir in the oats and
  coconut. Spread the mixture in a buttered cake pan and bake at 375°F
  for 20 minutes. Cut while hot, then leave to cool.
