      Title: Kringla
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Sugar
      1 c  Cream
  1 1/2 c  Buttermilk
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ds Salt
      1 ts Soda
      1 ts Anise seed
      5 c  Flour
 
  Mix all ingredients well. Take a small portion of dough and roll into
  a finger size. Form into a pretzel shape and bake on cookie sheet.
  Can be served warm with butter. This recipe is from Mom, Gladys
  Nelson. She didn't have an oven temperature. I would guess about
  350°F. She would say bake until done.
