      Title: Ginger Creams
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Shortening
      1 c  Brown sugar
    3/4 c  Molasses
    3/4 c  Water; hot
      2 ts Soda
      2 ts Cinnamon
    1/2 ts Ginger
      2    Eggs
      4 c  Flour
    1/2 ts Salt

MMMMM---------------------------ICING--------------------------------
      2 c  Powdered sugar; sifted
      1 tb Butter; melted
      3 tb Cream; up to 4 tb
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  Mix in order given. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at
  350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost with icing.
