MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Lemon Crisp Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Citrus
      Yield: 48 Cookies

 15 1/4 oz Box lemon cake mix
      1 c  Crisp rice cereal
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      1 lg Egg; room temperature,
           - lightly beaten
      1 ts Lemon zest; grated

  Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

  In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Dough will be
  crumbly. Shape into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking
  sheets.

  Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from pan
  to a wire rack to cool completely.
