      Title: Thumbprint Kiss Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 24 Cookies
 
      1    Egg; lightly beaten
      1 ts Vanilla
  2 1/2 c  Chocolate cookie mix
           Nuts; chopped
     24    Milk chocolate kisses
           Vanilla frosting;
           - your choice
 
  Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; blend well. Form into 1"
  balls. Roll each in chopped nutes. Place on a cookie sheet. Press
  down center of each with your thumb. Bake at 375°F for 8 to
  10 minutes. Remove from oven. Place a dot of Vanilla Frosting in
  center of each cookie. Immediately press an unwrapped Kiss into
  frosting. Remove from cookie sheet; cool on a wire rack.
