                       Quick Peanut Butter Cookies

   1                    Box yellow cake mix
   1      c             Peanut butter
     1/3  c             Water
   1                    Egg

Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend
well. Form dough into 1" balls; place 2" apart on ungreased cookie
sheet. Flatten each cookie with fork that has been dipped in sugar.
Bake at 375°F for 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool
1 minute, remove from cookie sheet.

Yield: 48 Cookies
