                          Peanut Butter Cookies

   1 1/4  c             Flour
     1/2  ts            Salt
     1/2  ts            Baking soda
   1      ts            Cinnamon
     1/2  c             Margarine -- softened
     1/2  c             Brown sugar -- packed
     1/2  c             Sugar
     1/2  c             Creamy peanut butter
   1                    Egg
   1      ts            Vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream margarine, sugar,
peanut butter, egg, and vanilla for 2 minutes. Scrape sides and
bottom of bowl and add dry ingredients. Stir on low speed. Mix on
medium speed for 1 minute. Make small balls and place on cookie
sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350°F for
10 minutes or until golden brown.
