Cream 1/2 cup honey, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg. Sift together and add 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon cloves.
