MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Hot Chocolate Cookies

    3/4 c  Butter; softened
    3/4 c  Sugar
    3/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
      2 lg Eggs; room temperature
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  2 1/4 c  A-P flour
    1/2 c  Instant hot cocoa mix
      3 tb Baking cocoa
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Baking powder
      1 c  Vanilla marshmallow bits;
           - not miniature marshmallows
      1 c  Semisweet chocolate chips

  Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.

  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy,
  5 to 7 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk
  flour, cocoa mix, baking cocoa, salt, baking soda, and baking
  powder; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Gently stir in
  marshmallow bits and chocolate chips.

  Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto greased baking sheets.
  Bake until set, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool
  completely.
