MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Buttery Potato Chip Cookies
 Categories: Cookies, Potatoes, Nuts
      Yield: 54 Cookies

      2 c  Butter; softened
      1 c  Sugar
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  3 1/2 c  A-P flour
      2 c  Potato chips; crushed
    3/4 c  Walnuts; chopped

  Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

  In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5
  to 7 minutes. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour to creamed
  mixture and mix well. Stir in potato chips and walnuts.

  Drop mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto ungreased
  baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool
  2 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
