MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Confetti Cake Batter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies
      Yield: 24 Cookies

    1/2 c  Butter; softened
      2 lg Eggs; room temperature
      1 ts Vanilla extract
 15 1/4 oz Box Funfetti cake mix

  In a large bowl, beat butter, eggs, and vanilla until combined.
  Beat in cake mix. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours or until firm
  enough to roll.

  Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

  On a well-floured surface, roll dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with a
  floured 2-1/2" cookie cutter. Place 1" apart on ungreased baking
  sheets. Bake until set, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire
  racks to cool completely. Decorate as desired.
