      Title: Knotts Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 24 Cookies
 
      1 c  Sugar; +2 tb
      1 c  Butter; room temperature
      3    Eggs; 2 whole +1 yolk
      1 tb Rosewater
  3 1/3 c  Flour; plus extra for
           -shaping
      1 tb Caraway seeds
    1/2 ts Salt
 
  Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with
  baking parchment or greasing them with butter or baking spray.
  
  Cream together butter and sugar. Add the eggs and rosewater and stir
  to combine. Mix in salt, caraway, and flour to form a dough.
  
  Shape into knots, twists, and letters on a lightly floured surface.
  
  Bake 20-25 minutes.
