      Title: Pineapple Cookies

      Yield: 48 Cookies
 
      2 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      1 c  Sugar
      1    Egg
    1/2 ts Vanilla
    1/2 c  Crushed pineapple; drained
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
      1 tb Sugar
 
  Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in butter, 1 c
  Sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix in pineapple, then flour. Drop 2" apart
  on ungreased sheet. Sprinkle with nutmeg and sugar. Bake at 375°F for
  12 minutes.
