      Title: Finnish Pecan Balls

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  Butter
      4 tb Sugar
      2 c  Pastry flour
      2 ts Vanilla
      2 c  Pecans; cut coarsely
 
     Cream butter, add sugar gradually and cream.  Add flour, vanilla, and
  nuts. Roll to size of butter ball. Bake about 45 minutes in 300° oven. Roll
  in powdered sugar while hot and again when cold.
