---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Frosted Cashew Cookies Categories: Cookies Yield: 42 Servings Cookies: 2 c Bisquick 1 c Brown sugar; packed 1/3 c Sour cream 1/4 c Butter 1 Egg 1/2 ts Vanilla 1-1/2 c Salted cashews; halved Frosting: 1/3 c Butter 3 c Powdered sugar 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 2 tb Milk (approximate) Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, sour cream, butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir in cashews. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Frost with Brown Buttered Frosting. Frosting: Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat until delicate brown; cool. Stir in powdered sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk; beat until frosting is smooth and spreading consistency. -----
