---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Coconut Pie Categories: Pies Yield: 6 Servings 1 Box instant chocolate - pudding (6 serving size) 2 2/3 c Milk; cold 1 Coconut crust; baked * 1 c Cool whip; thawed Quick Coconut Crust: 1/4 c Butter; melted 2 c Shredded coconut Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl. Beat slowly at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour immediately into crust. Chill 1 hour. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. Quick Coconut Crust: Combine 1/4 cup melted butter and 2 cups coconut. Press evenly into ungreased 8 or 9" pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool.
