---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Perfect Apple Pie Categories: Pies, Fruits Yield: 1 Pie 6 c Tart apples (8); - pared, cored 3/4 c Sugar 2 tb Flour 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ds Nutmeg 2 Pastry crusts; unbaked 2 tb Butter If apples aren't tart, sprinkle with 1 tb lemon juice. Thinly slice apples. Combine sugar, flour, spices, salt, and mix with apples. Line 9" pie plate with pastry. Fill with apples, dot with butter. Adjust top crust.
