MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Peach Blueberry Pie Categories: Pies, Pastry, Fruits Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Sugar 1/3 c A-P flour 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon 1/8 ts Ground allspice 3 c Fresh peaches; - peeled, sliced 1 c Unsweetened blueberries Dough; for double-crust pie 1 tb Butter 1 tb Milk Cinnamon sugar In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and allspice. Add peaches and blueberries; toss to coat. Set oven @ 400°F/205°C. On a lightly floured surface, roll half of dough to a 1/8"-thick circle; transfer to a 9" pie plate. Trim even with rim. Add filling; dot with butter. Roll remaining dough to a 1/8" thick circle; cut into 1/2"-wide strips. Arrange over filling in a lattice pattern. Trim and seal strips to edge of bottom crust; flute edge. Brush lattice strips with milk; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 40 to 45 minutes.
