* Exported from MasterCook * Yum-Yum Pie Recipe By : Jenny Lee (Jones) Pugh, Capulin, NM Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- Crust: 1 c Flour 1/2 c Margarine -- softened 1 c Nuts First Layer: 8 oz Cream cheese -- softened 1 c Sugar 1 c Cool Whip Second Layer: 3 1/2 oz Pkg chocolate instant pudding 3 1/2 oz Pkg vanilla instant pudding Milk Crust: Mix ingredients and press evenly and firmly into 9x12x2" baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. First Layer: Mix cream cheese and sugar thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Second Layer: Mix pudding mixes and the amount of milk called for to make pie filling. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until cool. Before serving, top with Cool Whip, shaved chocolate and nuts. Yum yum! Or, you can substitute coconut pudding and top with toasted coconut and nuts. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
