* Exported from MasterCook * Chocolate Pecan Pie (2) Recipe By : Angie Tate Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 oz Baker's german sweet chocolate -OR- 4 oz Baker's semisweet chocolate - squares -- broken into pieces 2 tb Butter 1/3 c Sugar 1 c Light or dark corn syrup 3 Eggs -- slightly beaten 1 ts Vanilla 1 1/4 c Pecan halves 1 Unbaked pie shell Microwave chocolate and butter in microwave bowl on high 1 to 2 minutes or until butter is melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar, syrup, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell.
