   1      C             Powdered Sugar
  12      Oz            Cool Whip Lite®
                        Graham Cracker Pie Crust -- 9 Inch

Whip peanut butter, cool whip and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Pour
into graham cracker crust. Chill.
