MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Low-Fat Pie Crust Categories: Pies, Low-fat Yield: 1 Crust 3 Egg whites; room temperature 1 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 14 Squares soda crackers; -rolled fine 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 c Walnuts; chopped Preheat oven to 325°F. In a medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in vanilla, crackers, soda, and nuts. Spray a 9" pie pan with nonstick cooking spray and transfer egg white mixture to the pan, spreading evenly over the bottom and sides. Bake for 45 minutes.
