---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Chocolate Cream Pie Categories: Pies, Bakery Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Chocolate graham crumbs 2 c Oreo cookies; crush 1/4 lb Butter; melt 12 oz Chocolate; chop 3 c Heavy cream; divide 2 tb Sugar Sweetened whipped cream; -garnish Shaved chocolate; garnish Preheat oven to 350°. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup of oreo cookie crumbs and butter and press into a 9" pie tin; bake 8 minutes. Set aside to cool. In double boiler or in a bowl set over a pan of hot water, melt chocolate with 2 cups of cream, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir until cool. Whip remaining cream with sugar until stiff; fold into cooled chocolate with remaining crushed oreos. Pour into crust and refrigerate until well-chilled and firm.
