                        Eagle Brand Key Lime Pie

   3                    Egg yolks
  14      oz            Can sweetened condensed milk
   4      oz            Lime juice
                        Green food coloring (optional)
   1                    Frozen wie shell or 6-oz graham
                        - cracker crust

Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with
condensed milk, lime juice, and green food coloring, if desired. Pour
into prepared pie crust; bake 30 minutes.
