Defrost the puff pastry per box instructions. Halve the peaches and remove the pit. Once pastry is defrosted, cut out a circle 1/4" larger than the peach. Place one slice of Panela (1/4" thick) on puff pastry circle and the peach half on top. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar and bake on sheet pan for 12 to 15 minutes, until the puff pastry is cooked. Let cool and serve with peach yogurt as sauce. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
