      Title: Strawberry Muffins
 Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Dairy
      Yield: 12 servings
 
    1/4 c  Melted butter
    1/3 c  Milk
      1 lg Egg
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1 c  A-P flour
      1 c  Granulated sugar
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 c  Chopped fresh strawberries
 
  Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.
  
  Line a 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  
  In a large bowl, combine butter, milk, egg, and vanilla;
  stir until blended. Add flour, granulated sugar, baking
  powder, and salt; stir until just moistened. Gently stir
  in strawberries. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups.
  
  Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out
  clean. Remove from muffin tin and cool on wire rack.
