      3 lg Eggs
    200 ml Kefir
      5 g  Baking powder
      1 ts Baking soda
      2    Bananas
      1    Apple; shredded
      1 lg Carrot; shredded
    100 g  Raisins
      1 tb Rum
    300 g  Oat flakes
      5 g  Cinnamon
      3 tb Honey
    150 g  Chocolate morsels/chips

  Mix everything and bake @ 180°C/350°F
