                             Pumpkin Muffins

   1                    Egg
     1/2  c             Milk
     1/2  c             Pumpkin -- cooked and mashed
     1/4  c             Vegetable oil
   1 1/2  c             Flour
     1/2  c             Sugar
   2      ts            Baking powder
     1/2  ts            Cinnamon
     1/2  ts            Nutmeg
     1/2  ts            Salt
     1/2  c             Raisins

Stir together egg, milk, pumpkin, and oil. In another bowl mix dry
ingredients. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Fold in raisins.
Put in muffin cups and bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
