                               Kiwi Muffins

     1/2  Pound         flour
   1                    baking powder
     1/2  Teaspoon      salt
   5-1/4  Ounces        sugar
   1                    egg -- beaten
   2-5/8  Ounces        butter -- melted
     1/2  Cup           milk .PP
   1                    grated lemon rind
   1-1/2  cups          kiwis -- peeled and chopped
   4-1/4  ounces        walnuts -- chopped

1.  Preheat oven to 200°C.

2.  Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the egg, butter, and milk,
just until moistened.

3.  Fold in the lemon rind, kiwis, and nuts. Fill paper-lined muffin tins
full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.

Difficulty    : easy.
