      2 c  Bisquick
    1/2 c  Dried apricots;
           - snipped
    1/4 c  Sugar
    1/2 tb Cinnamon
    1/2 tb Ginger
    1/2 c  Milk
    1/2 c  Canned pumpkin
      1    Egg
 
  Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 12 muffin tins. Mix bisquick,
  apricots, sugar, and spices together.
