* Exported from MasterCook * 90 Minute Dinner Rolls Recipe By : Cheri Kline Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Rolls Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 c Flour -- unsifted 2 tb Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1 Pkg dry yeast 1/2 c Milk 1/4 c Water 2 tb Oleo 1 Egg 1 ts Vanilla Mix 3/4 c flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water, and oleo until warm (120 to 130°F). Gradually add to dry ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 1/4 c flour. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft smooth dough. Knead until smooth. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and arrange in a greased 8" round pan. Cover rolls. Place in a draft free warm place. Let rise uo double in bulk. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
