MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Caramel Chocolate Bars
 Categories: Cookies, Candy, Chocolate, Grains
      Yield: 20 Servings

  1 1/2 c  Brown sugar; firmly packed
      2 c  Quick oatmeal
     16 oz Bags chocolate chips
    3/4 c  Caramel ice cream topping
  1 1/4 c  Butter
      2 c  Flour; +3 tb, divided
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Salt

  Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C.

  Cream brown sugar and butter.

  Add dry ingredients reserving 3 tb flour and stir in the oatmeal.

  Press 1/2 of the mixture in the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan and
  bake for 10 minutes.

  Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust.

  Mix caramel topping with the reserved flour.

  Drizzle this over the chips.

  Sprinkle the top with the remaining crumb mixture.

  Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
