      Title: Mini Ice Cream Cup Sundaes (Toy Story)

      Yield: 22 servings
 
 16 1/2 oz Pkg refrigerated chocolate
           - chip cookie dough
      1 pt Ice cream; any flavour
      2 c  Frozen whipped topping;
           - thawed
           Rainbow sprinkles; garnish
 
  Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.
  
  Coat 2 (12-cup) mini-muffin tins with cooking spray.
  
  Slice cookie dough into 22 slices. Roll each slice into
  a ball and place in prepared muffin tins. Using your
  thumb, make a deep well in each ball of dough.
  
  Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown and edges are
  set. Remove from oven and press down the center of each
  with a spoon, forming a mini crust. Let stand 5 minutes
  then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  
  Place a small scoop of ice cream into each cup. Top with
  a dollop of whipped topping and rainbow sprinkles. Serve
  immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
