Spread in the base of a flan dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon Mix the butter, sugar and flour together in a bowl, using your hands and fingertips to form breadcrumbs/crumble mixture. Cook in the oven at 170°C/340°F (fan assisted) for 25 - 30 minutes or until a light golden brown.
