In a well buttered shallow baking dish approximately 12x8", place: 1 sheet phyllo dough. Brush well with: melted butter. Repeat with 2 more sheets, folding in any overlapping edges. Sprinkle with 1/3rd of walnut mixture; alternate layers of 3 sheets of buttered phyllo and walnut mixture; end with 3 phyllo sheets. Cut into squares or triangles and bake in a 375°F/190°C oven 45 minutes or until golden. Blanche's note: Better you should take this out of the oven when it's a shade lighter than you think it needs. This scorches pretty easily. Pour evenly over assembled layers while still hot: 1/2 cup honey. Let cool before removing from dish. Serve at room temperature or reheat briefly in a 350°F/175°C oven.
