* Exported from MasterCook * Raspberry Pretzel Dessert Recipe By : Randy Rigg Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 c Pretzel sticks -- crushed 3 tb Sugar 3/4 c Butter -- melted 12 oz Cool Whip 8 oz Cream cheese -- softened 1 lg Box of raspberry jello 2 c Water -- boiling 20 oz Frozen raspberries Mix the crushed pretzels, sugar, and butter. Pat into a 9x13" pan and bake at 400°F for 7 minutes. Let cool. Carefully fold cream cheese to Cool Whip and spread on top of pretzel layer. Mix the jello and water; stir in frozen raspberries.
