      Title: Mexican Casserole
 Categories: Casseroles, Ground beef, Mexican, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 md Onion; chopped
      1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
      1 cn Cream of chicken soup
      1 cn Enchilada sauce
      1 sm Bottle taco sauce
      1    Bag of cheese doritos
      2 c  Cheddar cheese; grated
 
  Saute meat and onion. Drain. Mix soups and sauces with meat. Layer
  chips, soup/meat mix and cheese in a 2 qt casserole dish. Repeat
  layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
