      Title: Trashy Huevos Rancheros
 Categories: Mexican
      Yield: 1 Servings
 
     10    Doritos chips
    1/3 c  Black beans
      2 tb Cheese
      3 tb Fire roasted salsa
      1    Fried egg
    1/4    Avocado; sliced
           Chives & cilantro;
           - for garnish
 
  Line oven safe bowl with Doritos, layer with black beans and cheese.
  Transfer bowl to a 350°F oven to melt cheese. Remove from oven and
  spoon salsa on top. Fry egg in a skillet and then place on top of
  salsa, Place slices of avocado into bowl and sprinkle with chives and
  cilantro.
